Frequently Asked Questions

What platforms can you stream to?

We stream to any RTMP-compatible platform — YouTube Live, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Webinar, LinkedIn Live, Restream, Twitch, custom CDNs and white-label players. We'll recommend the right platform based on your audience size, registration requirements and Q&A needs.

Can you stream from any venue or do you need a studio?

Both — we run live broadcasts from corporate offices, conference venues, theatres, concert halls, sports grounds and outdoor sites across the UK. For studio-style productions we also build temporary studios on-site or use partner facilities in Birmingham.

How many cameras do you use?

A typical live broadcast uses 3–4 cameras: a wide shot, two close-ups and a roving operator. Large-scale productions add jib, slider or robotic PTZ cameras for cinematic motion. All feeds are mixed live by a dedicated vision engineer.

What happens if the internet fails?

We bring redundant internet — venue WiFi, hardwired ethernet, plus a 4G/5G bonded cellular backup that automatically takes over within seconds if the primary connection drops. For high-stakes broadcasts we pre-test the site and supply on-site network engineering.

Can you record the broadcast for on-demand viewing?

Yes — we record the program feed plus isolated camera feeds (ISO recording) so you can re-edit afterwards. Final MP4 deliverables typically land within 1–2 working days, or sooner if you need same-day turnaround.

Do you handle graphics, lower thirds and branded overlays?

Yes — we design and run branded graphics packages, lower thirds, sponsor cards, animated transitions and scoreboards (for sports). Templates are built before the event so insertions are instant on the day.
