Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone.
The Cloud One Group is committed to making cloudone.net accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the UK Equality Act 2010.
What we aim to do
- Provide meaningful alternative text for informative images.
- Maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
- Ensure the site is keyboard-navigable, including a “Skip to content” link.
- Use semantic HTML headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page.
- Keep forms clearly labelled, with validation errors announced to screen readers.
- Design pages that respond to text resizing and mobile viewports.
- Avoid relying on colour alone to convey meaning.
Known limitations
We are continually working to improve accessibility. At the time of writing we are aware of the following:
- Some older case study images and third-party brand assets do not have detailed alt text.
- Some decorative animations on scroll cannot currently be disabled via a user preference; we intend to honour
prefers-reduced-motionmore consistently across the site. - Embedded third-party content (e.g. videos) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with the latest versions of modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and with common screen-reader software such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS. It is not designed to be compatible with Internet Explorer.
