Is used AV equipment sold with a warranty?
Used equipment is sold as-tested rather than under a blanket warranty — every item passes through our service workshop before listing, gets PAT-tested and bench-checked, and is graded honestly so you know exactly what you're buying. Talk to us about the specific item you're interested in and we'll be clear about its history and condition.
Which brands are you an authorised dealer for?
We're an authorised UK dealer for Shure, Sennheiser, JBL, Kramer, Yamaha, Sound Technology and several others. Authorised dealer status means you get full manufacturer warranty, original product (not grey import), and we can supply training, accessories and spares.
What's the difference between buying new and used from you?
New equipment comes with full manufacturer warranty and the latest firmware. Used stock comes from our own hire fleet — items we've used ourselves, know the history of, and can vouch for. Used is typically 40–60% of new price for current-generation equipment in working condition. Both are PAT-tested and ready to use straight from the box.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes — pallet courier or our own van for delicate items. Most equipment ships within 2–3 working days of order. We can also arrange international shipping with customs documentation for export orders.
Can I demo equipment before buying?
For larger purchases (over £5k) we can usually arrange a demo at our Birmingham warehouse or at your venue. We hold most popular AV equipment in our hire fleet so trying before buying is straightforward.
