Frequently Asked Questions

What size of concerts and festivals do you handle?

We deliver across the full range — from intimate 200-capacity club shows to festival main stages and arena tours. Our inventory covers line array PA up to 100kW, full festival lighting rigs, large-format LED screens and modular staging up to 14m × 10m.

Which line array systems do you carry?

Our core line array stock is L-Acoustics — KARA, dV-DOSC, ARCS II and ARC II with SB18 subs. We regularly deploy d&b, Meyer Sound and Nexo too. If your artist rider calls for a specific system we don't keep in-house — K1, K2, GSL, Leopard, anything — we cross-hire from trusted UK suppliers so you get exactly what the spec asks for. All systems are calibrated by qualified system techs with the right amp racks, subs and front-fills for the venue.

Do you provide festival production crew as well as equipment?

Yes — full crew including stage managers, monitor engineers, FOH engineers, lighting designers, rigging crew, video engineers and patch techs. Most of our touring crew have 10+ years on the road and hold the relevant working-at-height and rigging certifications.

Can you handle backline and monitor world for visiting artists?

Yes — stage backline (drum kits, bass cabs, guitar amps), in-ear monitor systems, wedge packages and stage tech. Anything specific on the rider that isn't in our stock gets sourced through our backline hire network — we'll match the spec exactly. The backline manager handles each artist's tech rider line-by-line well before show day.

How early should we book for a festival?

Festival production is typically booked 6–12 months in advance to secure crew and equipment during the summer peak. Smaller club shows and one-off concerts can often be turned around in 4–8 weeks. Off-season (October–March) availability is much easier.

Do you provide rigging design and structural calculations?

Yes — every concert and festival production includes rigging design, point loads, structural calculations and venue-specific RAMS. Our riggers hold the certifications required by the venues we work in, and we can supply specific certificates and documentation on request. For non-standard touring rigs or outdoor stage builds we work with structural engineers.
