“Big gig and short time to work together pre festival show. Cloud One needed to collaborate with my Orchestra monitor team. All got on well and shared responsibility to solve problems as they occurred. With limited time we achieved best results which the outside festival audience loved. Well done Cloud One.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What size of tours do you handle?
Everything from regional theatre runs of 8–12 dates to full European arena tours of 40+ shows. Our touring inventory scales — small theatre packages travel in a single 7.5-tonne truck; arena production typically rolls in 3–6 articulated trucks with crew bus and tour management.
Do you provide tour-specific equipment that travels well?
Yes — touring rigs need different specifications than fixed install or single-event hire. We supply flight-cased systems with road-proven hardware, redundant amp packs, spares kits, and equipment matched to truck-pack dimensions. Every tour gets a dedicated production manager.
Can you handle European tours and customs documentation?
Yes — Europe is a core part of what we do. We handle ATA Carnet documentation, freight forwarding, customs brokerage and venue power conversion (UK/EU specifications). Our tour managers liaise with promoters and venue technical contacts ahead of every date.
Do you provide tour buses and trucking?
We work with established UK trucking firms and sleeper bus operators rather than running our own fleet. This keeps tour logistics flexible — we spec the right vehicles for each run from a known supplier list rather than forcing our trucks on every tour.
How early should we engage you for a tour?
Major tours need 4–8 months lead time to lock crew, equipment and trucking. Smaller theatre runs can be turned around in 6–10 weeks. Get in touch early — even if you don't have all the dates, we'll pencil availability and refine as the routing firms up.
Do you handle festival appearances during a tour run?
Yes — most touring artists play festivals through summer. We adapt the production to fit festival stage specs, supply the touring control package and patch into the festival's house rig. Often we'll fly out additional gear specific to the festival booking.
