The connections are 10-bit 6G-SDI and carry SD, HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p30 on the same router at the same time, reclocked on every output, with a tri-sync or black burst reference input. Routing is set from the front panel buttons, spin knob and LCD, or remotely over Ethernet or RS-422. The CleanSwitch version adds a re-synchroniser on all 12 inputs, so switches between sources of the same standard are clean.
