The Ampeg B2RE is a two-rack-space bass amplifier head rated at 450 W RMS into 4 ohms and 250 W RMS into 8 ohms, 4 ohms being the lowest load it will drive. The preamp has a gain control with a -15 dB pad, bass, Ultra-Mid and treble controls, a switchable nine-band graphic equaliser and an optocoupler limiter. Speaker outputs are 1/4" jack and Speakon, and the rear panel adds an effects loop, preamp out, power amp in and a balanced XLR line output with a 20 dB pad and a pre/post EQ switch. The head is 2U and weighs 26 lb (11.8 kg).

The Technics SL-1210MK2 is a quartz direct-drive turntable with a brushless DC motor and an aluminium die-cast platter 33.2 cm across weighing 2 kg.
