Do you build exhibition stands or just supply the AV?
Both. We can supply AV that integrates into your existing stand build, or design and deliver the entire stand including modular structures, LED video walls, lighting, sound and interactive content. We work alongside or in place of your stand builder depending on the brief.
Which exhibition venues do you regularly work at?
We're regular contractors at the NEC, ExCeL London, Olympia, Birmingham's ICC and most major UK exhibition halls. We hold the relevant health and safety certifications, RAMS templates and venue accreditations for fast set-up under tight build schedules.
Can you supply LED video walls for trade show stands?
Yes — we hold a large inventory of indoor LED panels (2.6mm, 2.9mm and 3.9mm pitch) and can build video walls in any size and aspect ratio for stand frontages, hanging banners or modular shapes. We also handle the content playback hardware and supply on-stand support.
How quickly can you turn around a last-minute exhibition stand?
For straightforward AV-only packages we can mobilise in under a week. For full stand builds we typically need 3–4 weeks but have delivered in 10 days when needed. Tell us your exhibition date and we'll be straight about what's realistic.
Do you provide technicians on-stand throughout the show?
Yes. Most trade shows include a daily site technician to handle content updates, troubleshoot any AV issues and reset the stand each morning. For larger or longer shows we provide round-the-clock cover.
Do you produce content for our LED walls and screens?
No — content creation (animation, video editing, motion graphics) is a specialist creative discipline and we leave it to content studios who do it full-time. What we do handle: the technical specs your content team needs (resolution, aspect ratio, codec, frame rate, file delivery), the playback hardware, on-stand technicians and seamless integration with the AV. Bring your own content team or we can recommend studios we've worked with.
