VE Day – 80 Years On

To mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day, the National Memorial Arboretum hosted a multiday commemorative programme bringing together veterans, families, performers and visitors from across the country. The programme included a regional schools performance project, a community celebration weekend, and a national remembrance event held on the anniversary itself.
Cloud One delivered complete technical production across the programme, providing staging, audio, and video systems to support live performances, ceremonial moments and audience viewing across the Arboretum's 150-acre memorial site. Working closely with the National Memorial Arboretum, The Royal British Legion and creative partners, our team designed and delivered a production infrastructure that supported the scale and significance of this nationally important event.
