The Shure Beta 58A is a dynamic supercardioid vocal microphone with a response tailored for close-up vocals, with a brightened midrange and a bass rolloff that controls proximity effect. The supercardioid pattern is rotationally symmetrical about the microphone axis and uniform with frequency. The case is silver-blue enamel-painted die-cast metal with a hardened spherical steel mesh grille, the microphone weighs 278 g, and it is supplied with a stand adapter that adjusts through 180° on a 5/8"-27 thread.

L-Acoustics KS28
The L-Acoustics KS28 is a subwoofer with two 18" neodymium cone drivers in a bass-reflex enclosure fitted with L-Vents laminar vents to reduce port turbulence. Its low frequency limit is 25 Hz at -10 dB, and it can be set for standard or cardioid directivity by combining the physical deployment with the matching preset. The cabinet is Baltic beech and birch plywood, rated IP55, measures 1340 x 550 x 719 mm and weighs 79 kg.
