The EAW SB1000z is a portable dual 18" subwoofer from the Stadium Array Series, with two 18" drivers on slanted internal baffles in a vented Baltic birch plywood enclosure, a layout that maximises cone area and minimises frontal area for building large subwoofer arrays. Response is 30 Hz - 100 Hz (± 3 dB) with the recommended processing, and a 20 Hz, 24 dB/octave high-pass filter is specified. The drivers take 2,000 W AES as a single 4 Ω load or as two 8 Ω loads for dual-amp operation, for a calculated peak output of 138 dB SPL at 1 m. The cabinet weighs 85.5 kg.

L-Acoustics KS28
The L-Acoustics KS28 is a subwoofer with two 18" neodymium cone drivers in a bass-reflex enclosure fitted with L-Vents laminar vents to reduce port turbulence. Its low frequency limit is 25 Hz at -10 dB, and it can be set for standard or cardioid directivity by combining the physical deployment with the matching preset. The cabinet is Baltic beech and birch plywood, rated IP55, measures 1340 x 550 x 719 mm and weighs 79 kg.
