The classic cardioid capsule of the CMS range with a remarkably consistent pick up pattern across the frequency range, from 20 Hz - 20 KHz. Commonly used with the AKG C451 for use on strings or percussion or with the VR1 tube for speech. This part of the Blue Line Series and with its robust Modulock bayonet coupling allows quick and easy changing of the capsules.
