How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00). Enquiries submitted in the evening or at the weekend are picked up first thing the next working day. Urgent requests — call us directly on 0121 333 7711.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
The more we know upfront, the better the quote. Useful details: event dates, venue, expected audience size, what services you need (audio, video, lighting, staging, streaming), any specific equipment requests, and your budget range if you have one. Don't worry if you only have the basics — we can build a brief together.
Do you work outside Birmingham and the West Midlands?
Yes — we deliver across the entire UK and into Europe for touring productions. Around half our work is outside the West Midlands. Our crew travels with the production; equipment is logistically straightforward thanks to our central UK location.
Do you have an out-of-hours emergency number for live events?
For events we're currently delivering, your assigned production manager will share their direct mobile and the on-call rota. For new enquiries or non-event emergencies, please use the main number and email — we monitor both throughout the day.
