Cloud One are an innovative, cutting-edge audio, lighting & AV equipment hire company that specialise in offering full production services for a variety of large to small scale events.
Established in 1984, by our Managing Director Paul Stratford, for almost 40 years Cloud One have strived to portray a high-quality image, by providing only high-end, premium equipment and providing customers with a knowledgeable, professional service. Here at Cloud One we’ve always tried to stay versatile, and are consistently aiming to expand our client portfolio. Working on different events over a variety of different industries, highlights our ability to adapt to all sort of enquiries, which has helped us become a market leader in what we do.

Our team is made up of experienced project managers and technicians who cover a wide range of disciplines including Sound, Lighting, Video Equipment, Staging, Set Design and Site Power, and through the combination of our team chemistry and work ethic, the services we provide are truly second-to-none.

We offer a wide range of services to our customers and see ourselves as the one-stop shop all things events. Our audio-visual hire inventory boasts the latest cutting-edge equipment from trusted manufacturers known across the touring industry circuit for quality, reliability and maintainability, but what we truly specialise in, is our full production package.

With our full production service, we offer a first class consumer experience by firstly taking our clients through an initial consultation, assigning a project manager best suited to your brief, and arranging a site visit if necessary. Next we’ll get to work on developing your idea with you, creating full 3D visual renders and digital assets that will be presented to you for your approval.

Once everything has been planned, prepped and approved, and the day of the event has arrived, our skilled technicians who have received the detailed brief assemble the equipment, check over it once everything has been installed, and post rehearsals operate the show. Once the event has come to a close we like to conduct a feedback session to find out how our service was, and potentially look to plan any future events the client may have. We will arrange the transfer of any files to you, with our video editing services available should you require them. Here at Cloud One we are extremely passionate about the long lasting relationships we have built with our clients, and our aim is to engage with a large variety of different consumers to help them become familiar with our top rate services.
