The Beyerdynamic M201's unique construction reduces handling noise to a minimum, giving excellent results as an audience response microphone in TV studios and for location production of vocals and sound effects. Its uniform response and small size make it especially effective for recording and reinforcing snare drums, hi-hats, rack toms and percussion. It also works well with banjos and acoustic guitars.
