SE Electronics DM‑1 Dynamite is a phantom‑powered active inline microphone booster designed to deliver clean, transparent gain for low‑output dynamic and passive ribbon microphones. Fitting directly between the microphone and the mic preamp, the DM‑1 adds a fixed +28 dB of Class‑A gain before the signal reaches the preamp, allowing quieter sources to be captured without cranking noisy interface gain. Its ultra‑slim, all‑metal design, low‑noise circuitry, and buffered output make it equally effective for studio recording, podcasting, broadcast, and live sound, and it is especially popular with microphones such as the Shure SM7B and other gain‑hungry dynamics.
